When I tell you, that within a three week time period I called 13 companies claiming to provide reasonable mobile home/Manufactured home/Homeowners insurance it’s true. A couple of days before the current policy, with American Summit expired as they no longer were going to provide insurance in the state of Arizona.Having so many estimates on my desk, unhappy with them all…getting close to desperate times call for desperate measures, A Miracle happened!!! Justin answered the call with National Mobile Home Insurance!!Believe me I don’t write this exaggerated in the least bit…Not of one of the previous 13 estimates came close to the replacement value of the home, my priority concern. All of the rest of the policy fell right in place with what our needs were, the cost, the value, and how seamlessly the policy would be transferred into our existing mortgage loan.Justin was efficient, professional, explained everything as he went along within the policy, he gave me choices saying “we could do this, or we could do that” asking me what would be more beneficial? and I love to have choices!!Justin, you have earned my business and the business of my family members, as I have passed the name of your company and of course you, onto family, friends, and colleagues. I also know that your company provides insurance in other states.Why waste your time calling other companies when you have National Mobile Home insurance but just for Mobile, Manufactured Homes, but ALL HOMES!!We all want to save money on services and products, and that generally ends up with getting a lower quality service or product. Robert the insurance agent worked at obtaining my mobile home insurance. He basically was the only one that could find the insurance I needed here in Texas. I am sharing my experience purchasing 2 policies, from National Mobile Home insurance, Chandler Office, to prove to customers how their attitude, as well as the agents, can make the experience positive or negative. The agent and I discussed ALL the options available to me for both auto insurance and home owners insurance. The patience, Chris, displayed went above and beyond any expectations I had. PAST experience, I am 72, had me prepared to "just shut-up and listen"! This man wasn't like that, he continuously, asked if I had any questions and took the time to make sure I understood what I was purchasing and suggested options I personally had not considered. I had shared with him that my funds were very limited, and only available on a certain date. The transaction was processed on the wrong date, which caused 2 overdraft charges on my account. I knew, Chris, would make this right, so I remained calm and contacted him. He apologized over and over, and I could tell by the tone in his voice how sincere he was. Chris immediately contacted the companies the 2 policies had bee purchased from and I called my bank for there help. this issue was resolved quickly and peacefully, only because, neither Chris or I ever displayed any anger or animosity. I know from past experience this situation could have turned ugly. I am pleased with the company I picked for insurance and the expertise of the agent I work with. Pam
